“Rabren is proud to have been the builder on this project that will have such an incredible impact on the Auburn Community for many years to come.” – Matt Rabren, C.E.O., Rabren General Contractors

The newly finished high school boasts 350,000 square feet of state-of-the-art facilities, including three academic buildings each containing a storm shelter, a cafeteria, an auditorium, as well athletic facilities and practice fields. It is structural steel construction, with load-bearing masonry and precast, and includes a 1,119-space parking lot. The project was designed by Perkins + Will, and constructed by Rabren to seek LEED® 2009 Certification for New Schools.

One of the largest buildings under construction in Lee County throughout 2016 and 2017, the new Auburn High School will open for students this fall.

“If you can dream it, you can do it!” – Dr. Karen Delano, Superintendent, Auburn City Schools, said, regarding the dream that she has had for this project and the community.
